Themes
Each theme has a colour and a sign, used on every quest where it is active. The strip under each one is the whole story, quest by quest: a coloured bar is a quest where the theme matters.

The kidnappings
People are going missing from Limsa Lominsa and its farms. The rumour is in the air from your first hour in the city, and it runs under the whole story until you find out who is behind it.

Pirates and the Admiral
Limsa was built by pirates. The Admiral licenses some crews to raid Garlean ships and asks the rest to settle down, but not every crew agrees.
