  1. Ginnade seeks help with a growing problem in Limsa Lominsa.
  2. You have been entrusted with a missing persons list from Ginnade. Deliver it to N'delika, who can be found welcoming newcome travelers in Bulwark Hall, on the lower decks.
  3. In spite of her appearance, N'delika is a member of the Yellowjackets, charged with keeping a watchful eye over all who enter and leave the city.
Where it leads

Next in the play order: I Stay the Streetlight. N'tanmo praises you as a model adventurer, then hands you her lamp job.

The game was written in Japanese and rewritten, not just translated, for each language. Here is what the other versions say, next to the English.

Japanese

FrenchLa jumelle diligente
‘The diligent twin sister’
GermanVermisste Personen
‘Missing persons’
English, Ginnade

It is essential that we ascertain their safety. To this end, I have prepared a list based on reports from our citizens. Would you be so kind as to deliver it to my colleague in Bulwark Hall? N'delika is her name. My thanks in advance, friend.

‘I would like to ask you to hand this list of the missing to a Miqo'te called N'delika, at the Bulwark.’

French calls her just 'a Miqo'te'; English already gives away that she is Ginnade's colleague.

English, N'delika

Welcome to Limsa Lominsa! If there's aught you would like to know, feel free to─ ...Hm? You've got something for me, you say? A missing persons list? I'm not sure I follow...

German

‘Let me see.’

‘Oh, you brought me the "list of missing persons" that headquarters drew up?’

English, N'delika

(Most folk enter the city via the Zephyr Drift, which means they must pass through Bulwark Hall. That's why I'm on constant watch here, and undercover so as to keep an eye out for suspicious activity.)

German

‘With every ship that docks, new merchants, adventurers, craftsmen, indeed whole families come to Limsa Lominsa.’

German has newcomers arriving by ship; English has most people entering by the Zephyr Drift.

English, N'delika

(I've been doing this for so long, I've become a pretty good judge of character. If there're shady characters skulking about, you can rest assured I can pick them out. Heh heh heh.)

‘I see lots of people every day, so by now I can pretty much tell who's suspicious. And you... you strike me as someone with a bright future, hee hee.’

N'delika brags she can spot suspicious people, then sizes you up. The English N'delika only laughs.

English, N'delika

(I've been doing this for so long, I've become a pretty good judge of character. If there're shady characters skulking about, you can rest assured I can pick them out. Heh heh heh.)

‘You, I knew right away that you were an adventurer when you came in.’
